Opened software and music can be exchanged for the same item during the first 30 days if defective; unopened software and music can be refunded during the 30-day time frame. Merchandise purchased as Open Box is not subject to the 15% open box fee. Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.
